User Sites (Locations)

The portal will now allow customization of a Site for each user and queue. Also allowing filtering and reporting on sites as well as previously supported departments.

  • Site name can include spaces, but no special characters.

How to Add Sites

  1. Login to the RingLogix App.
  2. Search and Select an existing Customer.
  3. Click the Hosted PBX link on the grey menu.
  4. Log into the PBX Dashboard.
  5. Go to the desired Extension.
  6. Under Profile Information you may now add a Site
  7. Click Save.
  8. You will be able to filter from the users page via the search bar where you can also search by extension, name or department. When selected you will be returned a list of users that are in that site.

  9. Each user in the domain will be able to view a list of sites and filter by sites if needed in areas of the application like contacts.

  10. In addition to Users, Call queues can also be associated with a site. This is useful for management and reporting of call queues and the corresponding stats.
  11.  Lastly, Call History can be filtered based on Sites.
